Methodology

Data sources

Each field comes from a clinic's own public pages, help centre or FDA records. Where a clinic page couldn't be reached, we use independent trackers (TRT Catalog, TRT Index) and label that field and the row "Tracker data only". Every clinic page lists its sources and check date.

Fertility labels

• Fertility option listed: a source names a specific option (e.g. hCG or enclomiphene) the clinic offers.
• Mentioned, unconfirmed: the term appears on the clinic's site but we haven't confirmed it's offered.
• Unknown: nothing found.

Quiz scoring (0–100)

1. Filters: if fertility matters to you, clinics with no fertility information are excluded. Your labs and commitment preferences filter too.
2. Cost vs budget, 35: full marks at or under budget, falling linearly to 0 at 1.5× budget.
3. Fertility support, 25: listed 25, mentioned 10, unknown 0 (12.5 for everyone if fertility isn't a goal).
4. Transparency, 15: published price 10, labs status known 5.
5. Flexibility, 10: month-to-month 10, unknown 5, commitment 0.
6. Freshness, 10: verified on the clinic's own page 10, tracker-only 5.
7. FDA warning letter on record: −5.
8. Affiliate or sponsor status: 0. Ties are sorted alphabetically.

Australia

Australian law (Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 s42DL) prohibits advertising prescription-only medicines to the public, and the TGA treats prescription-medicine price information as advertising. Our Australian pages therefore cover testing only and show no prescription medicine names or prices.
